Butuan CityRodelain Mae O. Dumanon takes oath as the new Administrative Officer IV (AO IV) of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board – Branch XIII in an Oath Taking Ceremony spearheaded by Dir. Ma. Theresa M. Francisco on August 3, 2021.

“I am really excited to work with the personnel of NCMB, especially in Caraga region. I thank God for giving this opportunity for me where I can share myself and my expertise in Admin works, especially in the programs I once handled while in NTC. Hopefully, with all the things I have learned in my previous employment, I want to employ innovation, especially in the reports on the financial and admin division. This innovation would help us generate reports easily and efficiently”, when ask about her appointment and plans in joining NCMB.

“I will not only be focusing on the admin works in this office being the AO IV but I also want to learn more about the programs and services of NCMB so that I can assist the technical team in promoting our advocacy and mandate”, she added.

Ms. Dumanon was previously connected with National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) where she worked for 7 years as a permanent employee in the position of Administrative Assistant III – Cashier Designate. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Major in Accounting Management (BSAAM) on October 2010 at Father Saturnino Urios University, Butuan City.
